Follow these Covid-restrictions to travel and enjoy a city trip to the 14 islands of Stockholm Sweden

Stockholm is situated on 14 islands and on the banks to the archipelago where Lake Mälaren meets the Baltic Sea. The city centre is situated on the water and beautiful to watch and wander through. Perfect for a city trip this summer. But what about the Covid-restrictions on travel?

Foreign nationals need to present a negative COVID-19 test result, no older than 48 hours, in order to travel into Sweden. These restrictions are in effect until the 31th of august 2021. There ar execeptations: this travel ban does not apply to travelers coming from Norway, Denmark, Finland, or Iceland and te restrictions do not apply if you are under 18 years old, a permanent resident or hold a residence permit in Sweden, or have a national visum to Sweden. And Dutchies like me are lucky too. Cause from the first of July Dutchies get free covid-tests to travel abroad. Enjoy!
